It really doesn’t matter what the search is there are more options then you have time to sort through.
So, how do you sort through the data to find what your company needs? It’s not easy but you can do it if you take a few moments and write down the top five things (remember to keep it simple) causing you the greatest pain in the business right now. Be a bit selfish don’t let others tell you what your pains are, you decide. Review the “About You” sections of the coaches, consultants and advisors websites because really it’s about you, your team and your company. Ask yourself, “Are they talking to me?”
